Broadway Recreation Center Facility Specifications:

- Side Courts – 60 feet by 96 feet
- Activity Room – 40 feet by 40 feet
- Maximum Capacity – 400 persons
Public Rental Fees and Charges:
- Activity Room $30.00 first hour, $15.00 each additional hour
Gym Rental
- Full Court $60.00 first hour, $30.00 each additional hour
- Half Court $35.00 first hour, $15.00 each additional hour
Site Supervisor
- *If rental requires more than one base staff (250+ attendance)
- *If activity is after 5pm during week or during weekend hours $15.00 per hour
Clean Up Charge
- *If user does not leave facility clean after use (site supervisor discretion) $25.00 additional fee
Late Fees
- *If renter extends over requested time for rental, renter will pay for extended time Full Rental Fee for Time Over
