The MASD Special Olympics Bowling Program
is a year-round program that provides instruction
and practice in an after school/after work setting.
Athletes learn the fundamentals of the game of
bowling and work on improving their scores every
week. Practices are held weekly leading up to
competition in the Special Olympics of the East
Valley Tournament and the Special Olympics Arizona
State competition. In addition, MASD sponsors
Unified Bowling that matches Special Olympians
with non-Special Olympians on teams.
