The cycling program involves bike rides
pairing able-bodied and disabled cyclists together
in a fun, social environment.
The rides help beginning and intermediate cyclists
learn important skills and interact with peers
to learn about health benefits and the rules of
the road.
Athletes will gain basic knowledge of equipment
and training techniques for racing and/or recreational
riding of hand, foot or tandem pedaled cycles.
Family members or friends are encouraged to ride
as well.
Bike rides will be split into beginners, intermediate
and advanced groups.
Cyclists are encouraged to bring their own bikes,
however hand-cycles and foot-pedaled cycles are
available on-site.
